It might depend of cultural mind maybe. In western eyes, we are more individualists and we don't care that much about other's wrong doing unless we are one of the suject who has anything to do with it. But in oriental eyes, the society is more important than oneself.
I don't know if that's the point but for sure, in my country (france), no one care about anyone. Some gossips will go, everyone will hear about it but no one will be curious enough to ask who is the main person of the gossip, what does he/she looks like. The only thing I remember from those gossips in high school is that the only thing we heard was in which specialty class he/she was. But apart from that, we've never seen who it truly was. :')
Mostly because we didn't care much about him/her, nothing would have changed our lives if we knew who he/she was. And bullying is definitely a waste of time for individualists.
I’m so curious if that scene about college bullying really happens irl.
I mean honestly speaking its very NONE OF EVERYONE’S BUSINESS except those involved. Whether the guy was intentionally seduced or not, being an educated person, its not right to embarrass and bully someone unless that person is really literally asking for it.
This should be common sense.
