But as a princess who didn’t go to the outside world, how would she of that very specific think outside the pharmacist and duke? I think it makes sense to wait it out until she can get outside of the castle.
I do get what you’re saying tho, I just don’t think there’s a way to tell them “I have an incurable fatal disease that won’t kill me”

Because then they’ll have to look into the reason she’ll be fine, the reason she knows she’ll be fine, and that’s probably not the best thing for her especially since the original princess wanted her to live as her, not as a stand in.
And anyway I’m pretty sure our mc will still feels the pain that comes with the disease, just like in this chapter where she clearly felt the fever, not to sound mean but I hope to see the pain get worse because that’ll be interesting to see the mc suffer in the same way the original princess did.
not to mention the mental toll of the memories, watching and finding out every bad thing that happened to the character she loved the most and not being able to help her.
I also read a spoiler that said...

They’ll be finding out the real reason why people contract this disease, and solving that will probably be the excuse for her to continue living.
OK BUT JUST ME FELL THAT SHE IS WRONG???
i mean, her friends are so worried about her death and she is not given a fuck to it, imagine having your friend made u believe he is gonna die when he knows he won't
i know its just a story and this isn't the plot, but for me she should had explained for them like "hey, i guess i know how to cure me, its a really especific thing, so probrably wont work for noone else" idk, but i fell bad for my bois who are sad for a perso who is not really sick
