to be fair the wording in the first chapter is misleading. she talks about how she is willing to do anything to make sure he doesn't divorce her because he is handsome and then talks about spreading rumours about him so people don't want to see what he looks like. I read the first chapter and was immediately put off because the first chapter made her sound really self-centered and like she only loves him because he is handsome. I've been reading the comments and ppl are saying its good but if the FL is actually only with him b/c he's handsome I'll probs not read it so lmk
Most than saying things about him is reassuring the rumors about the previous "demon lord" has, it's a way to protect and also to maintaining the lands free of bad visitors.
Yeah....at first I'm turned off by her. But then, I believe myself to give her the benefit of the doubt. What do you know, she had her reasons. And the other reason would be Erden's so stubborn. We can see how he still wanted divorce even if their relationship is improving. At this rate, even if she flatly told him he's handsome, he will not believe her. So, she needed to play by his tune.
The first thing what I hate most is when i read this manhwa,my head auto thinking the first comment i read,," she manipulative blablabla"..im like dude why you judging someone sooo fast,you just read A FIRST CHAPTER,, annoying af..soo easy when people thought what they judged is right(⌒▽⌒)
