It's the opposite for me. Huilin and Sulhwa are both manipulative and possessive cunts. But most people don't give a shit or give them a free pass because they're hot and because they're tops
I'm a top and don't find them attractive. Nor do I find Jae-Hee attractive so I'm not sure I fit into your most people category. I recently updated my opinion on this in my review comment, not here of course, where I have stated I don't like any of the characters at This point and am done with this. As in dropping it. Every character is a twat and a half and I'm not interested in what happens to them. They end up together, they end up apart...it makes no difference to me. They're all horrible people and don't deserve to be happy. I also dont care whether or not a character is hot or not in this story nor do I see any of them as such. I find people are sexier when they have excellent personalities and these women don't. Yeah, if I were to find a character sexy, nine times out of ten she would be a bottom, but that doesn't mean I find Jae-Hee sexy in the slightest. They're all bitches who screw people over in an attempt to get what they want, taking it entirely too far. This isn't even a good representation of BDSM and I find it rather repulsive. As I said, I'm a top and as a stone butch I find what Huilin and Sulhwa do to be too far. And I don't mean just the sex they have. I mean their personalities as well. No one in this manhwa is redeemable.
Is it just me or are Sulhwa and Huilin much more interesting and relatable than Jae Hee. Not to mention the fact that it's obvious the person who screws people up is Jae Hee. She acts innocent then blames her partner when things go wrong, yet is afraid to use her safe word? I think she's the definition of manipulative and she may be then he worst kind out there. The kind that doesn't even realize they're manipulating people and will continue doing so until the bitter end. Sulhwa and Huilin deserve much better then he hand her and if they don't get away from her soon enough, she'll only screw them up all then he handed more. Just my opinion, but as long as Huilin and Sulhwa end up with happy endings (hopefully not involving Jae Hee) I'd be happy. But I'd prefer Jae Hee be the one alone in the end.
