Its possible, but it could be quite tedious since the screen is small. So I reccommend doing a draft on paper (work out all the panelling and positions of characters) so that maybe it will be a bit easier if you have the image of what you want deadset in your mind as you draw.
I made a story and I really wanted to turn it into a webcomic.There are pen tablets that I can connect to my phone but is it enough?
