The doctor told us two things:
1. Reigi's brother is worried about him. (Maybe he ran away?)
2. Reigi has superlative genes. [Soo-PER-la-tive] meaning "the best genes."
Reigi then says that not 'everyone gets the best genes.' This may mean that he is sayng although his family has the "best" genes, that does not neccessarily include Reigi, because of genetic varience.
It's likely that he is from a very rich background.

Can someone explain to me what the doctor said to the alpha when were they alone? I didn' get any of it
