I know right, I hate it when the topic is brushed off because the family "started treating them better". You can't easily heal the trauma of a victim that experienced it for years.

I'm so glad the topic of neglect was addressed. It's often forgiven on most of the isekai manhwas I read bc they changed but it doesn't mean that what they did could be forgiven so easily
