i guess but making her a duke might be alot since nobles supposedly also get land, and making her the leader isn't in the power of the crown prince as he doesn't have knowledge in that area and if that were to happen she would be really busy, no more romance for us...
I'd make her a duke instead, because she's done so much. She deserves the highest rank among the nobles And I'd make her the leader of the medical community of course.(▰˘◡˘▰)
