Enkidu definitely can. Check his/her room line about the holy grail. Just give some couple of mana and you have a mediocre holy grail
Even if Enkidu can grant wishes its still pretty weak they want something much powerful than the grail that's why they want Pandoras Box
A servant capable of granting wishes? Compared to the Pandora's box, wouldn't summoning enkidu be safer?
