My wishful thinking on this...
i dont think Seungho is 100% convinced that Nakyum ran away. I mean.. he knows that bby already resigned to his fate & accepted his role. I think he's still processing his feels & Nakyum disappearing all of a sudden kinda shookt him to the core or something so he's locking him up so that he doesnt go anywhere coz he isnt even sure if Nakyum feels the same or if he's just going with the flow.
