That's a really god idea i like i. I figured it was because he thought NK tried to run away again and was doing this as a way to punish him ya know? but I like your idea too

I kept wondering why SH didn’t let NK in ...
Here’s what I think:
What if Seungho thought that he’s responsible for the bruises on NK face?? SH still didn’t recover and probably thinks that he hurt Nakyum and can’t remember it.. that’s why he didn’t let NK in -> it’s to protect NK from SH
