Help finding a manga ;o;

Hi !! So this manga was an omegaverse that featured two (2) couples ! One had got together (omega was marked) in highschool from what I remember while the other met a few years after. The omega of the first couple was actually fated mates with the alpha of the second couple while the omega of the second couple was fated with the alpha of the first couple (confusing I know haha) but they decided to stay together. The omega of the second couple eventually became mates with the alpha of the second couple but suffered memory issues due to overdosing on heat suppressants.

I read this manga a while ago I just cant remember the name,,,
