Everyone thinks Chowon is some sort of angel but he’s literally the most toxic person in this story, he can’t do what he does and not expect things not to go his way
Literally no one sees Chowon as an angel.
People call him out on his shit and what he did wrong in the past.
But at the same time they can feel sympathy for his character and the struggles he went through.
He's a bad person but that isn't his entire character arc.

I honestly don't think Kyungsoo and Heeso are in the wrong in this chapter ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Kyungsoo has every right to not visit Chowon, especially after hearing he overdosed on his pills. For all we know Kyungsoo could've thought that Chowon tried to commit suicide because of him, since all he heard was that Chowon overdosed on his pills.
Heeso also has every right to not accept Chowon's apology, it's a traumatic experience even if he wasn't raped in the end, but just the thought that he could've been is scary enough. But he still did (kinda)
The important thing is that Chowon is trying, it hurt to see him trembling so hard while trying to apologize to Heeso
