So jinwoo just witnessed the battle between the angels (i forgot their name lets just call them that) and the shadow army After the battle, it was shown that the shadow monarch was betrayed by the demon king baran and the king of the beast (the white wolf) but since shadow monarch is op, he was able to kill king baran.
Since jinwoo had similar powers as the shadow monarch, it appeared that he became the shadow monarch himself, thus the creation of another heart, the black heart beside his human heart. And after that the head angels came down signifying that the memories of the past has been recalled.
