It's not that simple as there are some procedures to follow. And we need to ask permission to do translation. But if you have the permission. I will be glad helping you. There is place where you can ask the raw. But it is forbidden to expose their link
Some people provide raws from their own scans and allow people to use them with or without credit. So I guess if we could find someone who has raws, we can work on translating. I wouldn't mind editing and typesetting. Although I don't have any experience working with manga scanlations, I do have an degree in English and lots of Photoshop experience. :))

I know, I had a group before. I said that on the presumption that the one who will share the raws actually own it, or had asked permission for it. But yeah. Or alternatively, edit Chinese scans as those are easier to find apparently, and then just show me the Japanese ones so I can translate
