Deaf

I can't tell if I'm dreaming this manga but..
I think it was about this dude in like a mental hospital (?) where there was a deaf person except I think not really?) who couldn't stand him talking? or being around him? And like I remember a scene of them in like a close/storage place where the dude sang to the deaf (?) boy all night long. I think one of their hair was pink? Not sure.
