Well when Sh "confessed" he said he couldn't forget Nakyum's expressions etc when they were together for the first time (when Nakyum thought it was Inhun). And because it was Nakyum's first time, he had to be more gentle so he could experience what is love making, it was not just sex and maybe he realised he needs this more? Idk, this is the only thing I can think of XD

My personal theory is that SH was deeply moved (not only aroused) by NK's paintings to start with so he somehow already had a crush on him before meeting him. And then he saw him in real life and fell for his cute face and his bold reactions to being ordered around by SH. I don't think SH has met many people like NH: selfless, genuinely kind-hearted, rather innocent while also being drawn to sensuality.
So basically it was many things that made him fall for him I reckon. Also he never knew what love looked like until he saw how deeply NK had fallen in love with his teacher and then he started craving it for NK and himself.
