Ur very right! They've reincarnate as teenagers so they are very vulnerable mental health.
Yesn they even hard to eat, bullying by maid, and there is really no mental support for them, beside having a sibling who get the same treatment and worries. Their live its really thick, it so traumatic for a child or adolescent to get watching while get abusive or some harsh treatment from someone. They spirit maybe strong, but their psychology still fragile.

its not wrong with their mentality even if they are tenager, if u aware with mental health u should know victim of abusive, manipulative, gaslighting, black mail etc. It can cause a trauma, even if u have reached adulthood.
