Maybe because he know why he end up in that situation. Yul have told him he had done that before too and it became his trauma. Well he was given a chance before to make yul trust him but end up ruin it. He also aware the insecurities of yul about yoon and him and use it to provoke Yul. And the end Yul actually let him leave. I don't know about others but for me it was understandable and i can't be mad to either of them as they have their circumstances
