Am I the only one?

The plot concept was intriguing at first, but because the story rarely tied into his poetry, it felt like the original idea was lost. The story was choppy, the characters were flat and lifeless and the lack of a definitive ending left me cold. The poetry that did get featured was well written and the art was appealing, but that is about the only positive comments I can make. There were more sex scenes with women than with men, so I felt cheated since I intended to read yaoi. Characters flit in and out like sparrows. One even commits assault with a deadly weapon with no consequences or punishment. The entire story felt like a child's failed attempt at writing about being an adult. In short, I wouldn't read this again if someone paid me to. Sorry.
