I'm thinking she will be the one to end up hurt. According to how she describes it, the Duke dies protecting Abel from an attack or something. Knowing her obsession with Abel I'm willing to bet anything that she's going to be with him when he gets attacked, and she's going to be the one to put herself between him and whoever is trying to harm him. I find it funny how she hasn't put alk the pieces together on that issue but I'm looking forward to it happening and her realizing that this marriage thing she got into is going to last far more than she initially thought.
I think this is where the jewel in her arm plays its role. I have a feeling she'll be able to save them through it BUT that's simply a guess (〜￣△￣)〜
He doesn't get attacked his powers go out of control and the father basically takes some of the power from him so that abel doesn't die from all of it going out of at once. The father died while doing this. You should probably go reread it.

Umm... she IS going to do something about the father's death right? I do hope she plans to put a stop to it. Does anyone have spoilers from maybe it's LN? I've read the raw chapters already but I wanna know more tbh haha
