I don't know if you somehow don't get the vibes, but Jooho (or whatever his name is) is dangerous. It's so clear, since the author really tries to show it as much as possible, but I guess somehow you don't get those vibes. From what I've seen and heared, Jooho apparently killed Winter, just to be closer to Seungwoo. If everything he's said and done up until this point doesn't absolutely scream "obsessive behaviour, the dude's as bad as it gets", then I really don't know what to tell you. Seungwoo unintentionally dodged a HUGE bullet.
