I think there’s research behind it and they help you find your pair and then they make like an arranged marriage kinda contact so they’re real fated pairs but they don’t find each other naturally

Yeah but what I mean (and maybe I wasn’t asking properly) is how they become “mates” or “pairs”. Is it just a contract? Why could two omegas be paired?

Ahhh fated pairs are paired at birth and it’s only between alphas and omegas, technically anyone can become mates I believe but fated pair is different. But usually it’s alpha x omega or a beta with either because betas don’t have fated pairs. Two omegas can’t be paired I think he was really trying to deny being a omega but they can mate but it’s highly unlikely because of the nature of an omega.... hope this helped!
