Haha, I like to think that as Kodama grows and becomes a bit more manly (if you notice 2nd to last chapter he's taller than Hiromi when before he was shorter), he will be more confident and feel ready to top Rutta! Since Rutta is open-minded about it, it's really up to Kodama to decide when the time is right. I will happen, we just won't get to see it.
