I don't think so since both males and females can give birth and it's accepted to be with whomever so lgbtq isn't really a thing in omegaverse. More about rank than gender if anything.

But in some omegaverse it's sought after that for the high ranking alphas to find a woman even though a male can also give birth.
I think that the authors are affected and insert some of the real life views into their story like "I even tried to do it with women“ like implying that it's still more normal for a male to like a female in that universe.
