Then he wouldn't press for a doctor to examine her. She hasn't fully told him why she can't have a child but she told him straight up. Him and his servant knows that she potentially has the answer but to get the doctor involved again is ridiculous. If he really wants to know he should ask her. TBH it's not a big deal in his case.
