hmm...i think she meant like the not the similarity of the art style but rather the similarity of art style indicating personality traits.
Like, Ibelina as a villainess might be foreshadowed here due to similar appearances between the villainous in this and Ibelina. That and the maid being a good friend and a nice character being foreshadowed as Latte.
