i agree with you and disagree! i think jennette did have some growth, she grew up with a manipulative man that had her think she’ll eventually get everything she wished for without having to really work for it. and ever since i think after a while athanasia stayed with jennette every now and then is a when she actually started to kind of think about what’s going on around her. she’s just very slow so i think her development will quicken on sometime like the climax of the story, but that’s just my guess based on the events surrounding jennette. her oblivious was annoying but i find it better cause i see her learning bit by bit╮(￣▽￣)╭

u do have a point, but from the way i see it Jennette is who she is. The same person our mc read her from the original novel. It just feels like she doesnt have sum sorta change. shes literally the same girl the original book/novel described her. shes sweet, nice, innocent and kind of a cute airhead just like how the author of the original book wrote her to be. nothing more, nothing less. I dont hate jennette, but I think among all she is the most uninteresting character ive ever encountered in a manhwa. But ig the purpose of characters in books is to make us feel sumthing and if so, she has fullfilled her role as a character. I cant wait to see her grow tho, but for now she seems jus kinda annoying tbh but i dont hate her hfisbfisnfnf
