I think so too, I don't think she is bound to the oath and it was said that only those not bound to the oath can destroy it or something like that~ Not sure though~
iris isn't the Emperors daughter so i don't think she can use it on Estelle
She still carries demon blood; there for wouldn't she still be bound

Um idk but what I'm saying is that iris the girl that was blind but isn't anymore can't make Estelle do anything by using the oath because iris isn't the Emperors daughter so she doesn't have the royal blood, well I'm pretty sure
