ok i don't understand the rating on this one. It's actually very cute? Mind you i am not familiar with this author's other works and the topic section is a bit confusing but so far the story is very carefree and cute and despite the debatable age gap i don't see anything too wrong with it? why is the rating so low lol
edit: after reading some of the topic i get that most people in here either: 1. are shoujo readers who thought it was going to be shoujo as well and got spooked by the replacement trope and don't like it bc it looks problematic or 2. are uncomfortable bc of the cutesy artstyle and hentai antecedents cocktail which i understand.
I, too, am uncomfortable with the fact that the author probably wrote this story with fetish-y intentions BUT tbh i like how it features a femme-presenting gay man who is very upfront with his intentions? And the fact that he is ok with coming after his sister isn't too shocking to me bc everyone's boundaries are different and it's not like the other guy had shady intentions either idk i understand how the mix between that znd the younger bro's sexuality may make it seem like a problematic view on how gay people are "easy" but ... Both characters actually discuss the issue and their thoughts are pretty well fleshed out so it didn't make me as uncomfortable? It seems plausible realistically idk everyone's different. I think i had such a different approach to this manga bc i came from the shounen-ai tag and went into reading it without any prior knowledge of what it was going to be about (despite thinking that the cover did seem a bit hentai-ish lol) and i've seen so many bl stories with much worse development that i was actually pleasantly surprised by this one (esp since it had the shounen ai tag, which indicated to me that the story wasn't about sex, even though i think i was mistaken lol)
