With the term Yaya, I know you're quite familiar with Filipino/Thai culture. But other cultures do not have this concept. In Japan, it is the norm that a family takes care of their own house. Children as early as kindergarten are taught the duty and honor in keeping one's own area clean. Like in America, most households would prefer to send their elders in a care center with professionals to take care of them rather than hire a nanny to take care of them at home if they are too busy.
So no. They do not know what a 'yaya' is.

Well, except you are a really well-known or a really successful businessman, i think Japanese people do not use maid or nanny or something like that. And problem like the children is neglected is not that uncommon. They teach the children to become sensible from the very young age because of the condition and culture of theirs maybe.
Theres a solution about the " my parents are always away " problem.
They are facking doctors. Lots of mula! (Money/cash/the gold existence)
SO WHY THE FACK THEY DIDNT HIRE MAIDS OR NANNIES TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CHILDREN?!
DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT A YAYA IS?!
