Since their eating when noah and jeremy meet they assually chaotic but noah purposely answer it calmly and smile to shuli and shuli immediately know it (●'◡'●)ﾉ
Probably because Shuli doesn't want the kids to know she sent nora a gift, to avoid tantrums from them, especially Jeremy since he views Nora as his rival?. I think Nora figured that out and didn't mention him receiving a gift (sword) from Shuli. That's why he smiled at Shuli, to let her know that he knows he shouldn't mention it?
