i saw a spoiler that said that he’s not pregnant but at the end they talk abt marriage but i don’t know if that’s true or not
They went to go get tested at the hospital to see if he’s pregnant but he isn’t so they get sad but talk about marriage
the picture of them holding a baby wasn’t a promotion but i think it was a fan-requested art? sorry i might mistranslated the raw tho >_<
