This guy turns out to be only interested to the mansion.....he's keeping the painting to keep the fact that its a real painting by kyle....so that he could just sell it to make money to buy the mansion when Mildred goes out of money...? Which means that it was a lie that he was interested to Mildred and all that he wanted was the mansion and thats the only reason he got close to them. I'm glad she was able to put their name on it so that this barron won't be able to take it and sell it as his items kekekekek
