Because I think the author is trying to emulate the real thing, (if you check out porn, they kinda look like that), also because lately the censoring in mangas has been so heavy that we actually forgot what mangas used to be without censoring, and this manga doesn’t give me any japanese, korean or chinese vibes (that we are used to) going by the colouring and the art itself.
My guess is, it might be an american, but I’m not sure, just putting out a thought out there, please feel free to correct me if anyone knows better. (づ￣ ³￣)づ ╮(￣▽￣)╭
