I don't give a FAWK I don't give a GOT DAMN if they blood related or not, we saw them as brother and sister when we first met them, yes I do agree that they did treat her like a slave that is something I won't forgive them about but in recent chapters we see her calling them Oppa, meaning older brother as far as I know, and since she keeps calling them Oppa it makes others think that they are blood related / because they either simply forgot that she was adopted or sum else/ and that's why we see it as weird

"oppa" does literally mean older brother, but it's used for both your actual sibling as well as unrelated slightly-older men. And yes, it is even used between couples. In the right context, it can even sound flirty. It's sorta like "baby" - your infant child can be your baby, but your boyfriend can also be your baby. It's all about context. (tbc I don't care about your opinion on the couple, I'm just correcting the misinformation)

Also this stepbrother/adoptive sibling trope is really popular in both actual books and I have seen a lot of mangas/manhuas/manhwas with it. All in all if u dont like it dont read it
