Yeah I was thinking the same thing too! Like especially since Chiharu is at least well-known for being a writer. And if it’s good enough, people can start believing (rather shipping lmao) that the tale is at least there and they (the readers in the story) will start acknowledging it because of Chiharu..(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I was thinking since chiharu is a famous writer, maybe he could alter the original legend into his book and somehow change the ending into both of them living together wherever they are. I really hope the author presents a way for them to be together forever since I have this anxiety that the dragon may die or dissapear someday without telling chiharu since he did it once already..
