It’s kinda in the middle. Alex and Ivan were in the threesome and *technicaly* Alex did it to save Hen but he took advantage of the situation. Also Hen wasn’t really thinking straight so couldn’t consent but he WAS in a lot of pain. Alex actually apologized for that here to Ivan because he realized that he was taking advantage of Ivan and Hen. (Even making Ivan cry) Ivan let it happen because he couldn’t help Hen himself but he’s obvi still mad (as he should be) if you have any more questions I’m happy to answer but hope this helped :)
