He's probably testing him
Why would it be a test? The Demon Lord he knows from the game is cruel and ruthless and had many women he did horrible things to. He probably fully expects him to have a harem and is encouraging it. It's not like he is trying to change the man, he wants him to be exactly what he was in the game—just this time, successfully avoid a death from the Hero!

I have mixed feeling about the 'then make her your woman too' part cause like it's nice that Gozu is offering advice about it and he is understanding about it, but I also want him to be like not wanting to share eve with anyone else y'know.
