Of course they do. No one would run a highly illegal manga aggregator site (or even a normal site, since it costs money to maintain) unless they made a profit. And they wouldn't go to the lengths they do to keep it up and running unless they made a LOT. I've been around for a while so I've seen them do some pretty dubious shit to prevent the site from being shut down.
For the first time, I'm feeling guilty about reading manga on an aggregator site. The people in charge of this site are stinking rich (I used some site to calculate their profits and they were insane) while the authors don't get shit. Hmm...
