Because they dont know that the children are kidnapped. They are doing something
The kids were previously attacked inside the palace grounds and people dont like the kids and then the second prince gets attacked near the kids and his guardian leaves the kid with soldiers who have no means to counter attack a sorcerer or wizards magic attack like the previous attack that the kids went through. And nobody even rushes towards where the kids carriage is. This whole situation is so absurd and taken so lightly.
Everyone is oddly calm about the possibility of those kids getting kidnapped or even killed.and i dont like this at all
