Yaoi manga help?

Yaoi manga about a college guy breaking the contact of a scary guy who everyone is terrified of. The scary guy has glasses with him so he uses them and it turns out that he's not scary at all and that the contacts make it seem like he's glaring at everyone. The guy that broke the contact becomes friends with the no longer scary guy bad he develops feelings for him, and his confessions goes wrong so the scary guy throws his glasses off and runs away with the other guy chasing him, and one of them falls in to a pond or pool, and they go back to the college guys house where he explains his feelings and it turns out the not so scary guy likes him too. I'm pretty sure this is in a collection of one shots but i don't know where
