sorry i got one part of it wrong. So at the ambulance part a first year joker was presumably hurt by someone on purpose so badly that he has to be sent to the hospital because he tattled to the teachers about the game.

Wait another 2months for ch10. I know ch9 tell story, but this is the first time that I don't interested in Caste Heaven's chapter. Maybe because I m miss Azusa more. And bunny excuse are so lame. What the connection between what with Kuze (bunny lover guy) did to Kusakabe (glasses boy) so bad even forced Kusakabe to do things on ch8? And when kusakabe angry kuze reminisce his bunny??
The important thing in this chapter I think only : teacher know about caste game, karino bully Azusa so he didn't get bullied by other classmates.
But it doesn't match the story on chapter 1 & extra chapter where
Karino clearly said : He wants to make Azusa suffer and submissive that's why he bullied him & he will crush everyone who get in the way. Now Kuze said that Karino (King) is afraid of getting overthrown and he bully azusa personally so Azusa didn't get bullied by other?? Bit off

Chpt 9 summary
Basically the spectacle boy was mad and upset and for a period of time rejected his partner. However after his partner lose control (the one who likes bunnies) and explained himself he forgave him. Then the bespectacled boy said he want to tell the teacher about the game but the partner stopped him saying that the teacher's know about it but are ignoring it. Then someone realise that the joker from a first year class was bullied so badly that he got sent to the hospital. So like the class wanted to do the same thing to their joker but the king said no and said that he has suffered enough and he will do the punishing. So the partner who likes rabbits explained to the jack that even the king is powerless and the class can overthrow him. He just has the ability to control the class and has to understand what the class wants in order to prevent himself from being bullied. SO the king is actually using his power to protect the joker by bullying him to appease the classmates because he would be overthrown then and he would be unable to protect the joker. ANd also the king has unsorted feelings for the joker. imsorry im bad at names i cant remember who is who.
