well you gotta think in their situation. I understand what your saying and i agree they are a bit annoying with not letting people in but their whole lives they knew they had a family but that family never came for them and the one family they did have, their mother, was abusive. giving them trust issues so it’s hard for them to really trust anyone

I appreciate your answer and this point of view is also understandable but something that almost never is taken into consideration in those Isekai kind of situations is that the characters had lived already for about 18years in another world first a very different life. What about their past life? Didn't they have different experiences than the only 5 years that they did have hard time in this world? (Make them let's say 3, as the abusing didn't start from when they were babies). I never said that they should blindly trust them, although they do trust right away other people, villains and their underlings included, but they do act in a very ungrateful manner towards the only ones that actually treated them well. And they even were explained that their brothers thought they were dead so why blame them for not coming earlier? After they learnt the truth they should take consideration of the revealed facts but instead they act the same if not worse. Their attitude is what bothers me personally...not the trust matter.
The twins are quite unfair. Their brothers treat them well, defend them and risk their lives to keep them safe and yet they don't trust them and keep being stubborn about them? Being abandoned is not an excuse anymore since they got the whole story and know. If I were them I would be grateful and even surprised to be treated so well by brothers who knew my birth was an outcome of blackmail to father's life.
