Well cause it feels like they actually struggling with gender, and they feel comfortable being considered a girl and have a hard time being portrayed as a guy. That's why it feels wrong to call them a guy yk ;-;
Shit man its the opposite for me but from experience I can just guess that they're struggling so much because they were not originally trans it was forced onto them.
