No.. well it depends on how you interpret toxicity but for me i think its just immaturity. He can be toxic sometimes but as he grows mature he gets less toxic but i mean he is maturing but not rlly fast yk.. like yuki has matured so much but naruse has still needs to realize a lot of stuff to mature and i think thats the reason why the author decided to write ch.122 and 123 like that bcs i think that will cause of Naruse to have a great character development
