I think the plot is to be blamed for this. This one is pretty generic, it lacks of realism in a lot of things, for exemple the Omega doesn't feel anything nor say anything after being almost raped and assaulted... A normal person would feel traumatised, angered, even ashamed after enduring such things and these feelings should be expressed by emotions, though here the Uke just lives normally like nothing's happened. If the plot were worked deeper and were more realistic, I think we would see all kind of sad, appalled expressions...
I think for him the biggest shock of the moment was that he was an omega.He has been distressed since that day because he doesn't know what to do from now on as he had his gender wrong all along.Also,the only person who could spill the beans on him would be the alpha.His expressions obviously convey that he is ashamed but at the same time aware of his position at the moment where he didn't have any power to do anything.I feel like he actually has a very stoic personality.
