(spoilers for those who’s scrolling) basically at the end the fl saying how she would do anything for the ml(male lead) and the ml told her to slit her throat i believe and she did but she survived and got paralyzed
he didn't tell her too. when she stabbed him before, she intended on killing him, but he didn't die. so a couple days later, she came to them, said some stuff, then realized he didn't die because the abdomen isn't a good spot, but the neck is. so she decided to kill herself by stabbing her neck. she gets paralyzed, 2 years later woohyun comes then im pretty sure he takes care of her now. bittersweet ending :/ HaYan deserves better
