getting some “not a sugar daddy” vibes from the breakup. i feel like it’ll be incredibly forced by the new guy. i know there’s no way in hell he would break up with him willingly. i just hope he comes out of this with minimal trauma because it’s obvious this professor has already given him some trauma.

Honestly I didn't like the way the rape was portrayed. It was like they wanted to portray it as a bad thing (which it is, obviously) but at the same time they wanted it to be... titillating? Idk. It just rubbed me the wrong way, and I'm sensitive about that kind of thing.

ah i totally get you on that, personally the story is really good and it makes up for that! i think i understand what you mean by the scenes with the profesor that we’re forced, it was ultimately portrayed as a bad thing but the scenes themself were very sexualised which was unsettling

Yeah I did read the rest of the arch up until the main couple gets back together, and I thought the black haired guy's reaction to the rape was realistic and well written. I might pick it up again at some point. But when I went back and re-read some chapters, the way it was depicted just didn't sit right with me.
