i agree with your view on Taku. However Joowon was far from the devil i think youre exaggerating lolol
I could actually sympathize with his reasons for not pursuing a defined relationship with haesoo (ie: wanting to keep their r/s ambigious so their parents dont get involved, thinking that will PROTECT them~ and being scared haesoo will abandon him like before if things get too serious). Taku's reason for treating haesoo like shit at the end there was just that he was all about himself and nothing else... he did not care a bit about how Haesoo would feel. Joowon never treated Haesoo like that even when Haesoo was so much worse to him during their separation T^T
Ok so taku don't deserve better he was no saint and not in any way better than joowon they both was toxic the only difference was joowon was outright toxic to Haesoo while taku was manipulative to Haesoo karma came knocking and taku open the door now that he understand how it feels to be used and dumped he can reflect and be a better person so technically no character development for taku he stayed the same during the whole story only little change was him actually falling in love with heasoo ... while the devil himself joowon actually took a step back and change himself not just towards Haesoo but to others and that there is a true character development and I am glad the author chose for joowon to be the end game
